I cannot remember the names of the movers that packed us or delivered our personal belongings but they did an outstanding job. -Showed up exactly on time
-Were very diligent in handling of our stuff.
-Helped assemble everything, even with some missing hardware from the origin movers
-Very respectful of our home and even went out of the way to comfort our new puppy when it was scared

I just completed my final PCS HHGs move to a Japanese residence in Kure earlier this month.  Again, I was fortunate to have the shipment handled by Fukuoka Soko and I wanted to express to you how pleased my wife and I are with the move.  Your crew were extremely courteous and friendly and their professionalism was outstanding.  I would also like to make special mention of one of your staff, Ms. Yumi Yasuda.  Yasuda-san's knowledge, helpfulness and pleasant attitude mark her as an exceptional employee and made my last move a great one.

The move was better than I could ever expect. The TSP was extremely professional and had exceptional attention to detail and timeliness. There were minor damages that are kind of a given with moving however they still offered me the opportunity to file a claim if I felt it was necessary.
Out of all of the moves I have conducted this was hands down the best move, in all aspects.
