The movers were amazing! They had everything in both our UB and HHG shipments unpacked and reassembled in about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend using them again in the future!

Fukuoka Soko is always excellent.

For the pickup portion of the shipment it was very rushed. The crew just came from a previous job it was a Friday and the wife and I got the impression that they just wanted to hurry up and get out. We did not have the time that we wanted to make sure everything got packed for our move overseas. Once they were done, we looked over the house and there was a lot of stuff that we wanted to get packed, but did not because of the speed in which they were packing. Over all very rushed.
Now receiving was complete opposite. They took their time, very clean, very detailed, they unpacked most of our things, assembled our beds and our two baby cribs.
They went over and beyond and never complained. They always asked is there anything else? or were do you want this?  
I give the delivery company and moving crew a A+++*
Packing crew C-.  The state side movers need to take notes from the guys over here to see how it should be done.

It has been a long time since I last contacted you. 
Please let me inform you that I received the shipment you packed in Fukuoka in June.   Delivery was done on August 14 without any problem.   I am very happy because there was no damages and that they were very well-looking inside.
Destination agent in Kenya was also very polite manner for unpacking.  I really want to use Fukuoka Soko again if I have next opportunity to move.   Thank you very much.
