Dear Ueki-san,
Here is my thought on service you have provided.
All personnel are very professional. Packed our belongings and furniture in a very organized manner. The whole process took a lot less than I would expect. It was our first time moving abroad and gave us all helpful tips and information which me and my wife really appreciated. We had some issue finding the apartment in Paris and need to change the delivery schedule in the last minute. But the company has been understanding and adjusted the schedule to meet ours. All in all I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends to it.

Dear Ueki-san,
We wanted to say a big THANK YOU for all your personal help in taking care of our recent move from the US to Japan. That was much appreciated by us. We were very pleased with the service that we received from Fukuoka Soko all throughout our move. Thank you for making the move a smooth one and for keeping us so well informed at every stage of the moving and shipping process; and also for the after move service too.
Based on our previous international moving experiences with other moving companies, we found Fukuoka Soko to be superior in all respects throughout our move. We will have no hesitation in recommending your company to our friends and any other persons needing relocation services. Please feel free to use us, or our name, if desired in the future for any reference or recommendation. Best regards,
Mr. Kent Ueki/Sales Manager, International Moving Dept.

Crew: NAKANO, HIROSE, MORIMOTO, SUYAMA, TOKUTOMI, KURIHARA, UENO, YOSHIMOTO The best moving experience in 24 years of moving. The most industrious and hard working crew. They put together items that movers have not touched in 24 years. I will say that we have never had really poor American service but the Japanese crew put all others to shame. They are outstanding!!! Send American moving companies to train here, it would be cost effective in the long run.

FUKUOKA SOKO CO LTD professionalism can not be touched by any other moving company I have dealt with. They treated our household goods as if it was there own personal items. They listened to us (the customer) as to how we wanted the furniture arranged. They didn't leave until they ensured we were satisfied with their services. I wished that American moving companies had the work ethics and professionalism that this moving company displayed. I wish they could implement their standards into our American companies.
