It has been a long time since I last contacted you. 
Please let me inform you that I received the shipment you packed in Fukuoka in June.   Delivery was done on August 14 without any problem.   I am very happy because there was no damages and that they were very well-looking inside.
Destination agent in Kenya was also very polite manner for unpacking.  I really want to use Fukuoka Soko again if I have next opportunity to move.   Thank you very much.

You folks were great in ensuring that our shipment got to Japan. Last time in 1991 it did not happen as smooth as it did this time.  Thank you and we appreciate the help. 25 years ago, it was not like this. My hats off to those who made our move possible and to those who made the improvements in this type of transition. It certainly has changed for the best.
