in our warehouse, we will pay very close attention to site location, equipments and environment for safety and secure storage.
■Firm storage by use of movable rack
We use movable racks for document storage warehouse. It doesn’t bring collapse of cargo piles, because we don’t stack cartons of documents high in piles.
■Full management of leaving and entering
We take all possible measures to protect important and valuable documents from leaking information on them for the warehouse that we keep the important and valuable documents of clients.
Only designated staff with full management of leaving and entering will be allowed to enter into the warehouse stored documents.
In case customers come to the warehouse and want to read some documents, we will ask them to use the reading room as a rule.
■Surveillance camera operated 24 hours
Inside of the warehouse is equipped with highly sensitive surveillance camera being photographable even if in the dark and performed to monitor and record.
■Fire prevention and Insect proof measures
We take all possible fire prevention measures to protect customer’s important and valuable documents and our staff also have a fire drill regularly to prepare for eventualities. We also carry out sterilizing and pest control once a year other than a fire drill.
■Mark with quality trunk room authorized by Ministry of Land, infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
This mark will be given only company running high quality trunk room in compliance with URC’s requirement.
